Artsakh Finance Ministry refutes rumors about confiscation of funds from government accounts by Artsakhbank

YEREVAN, November 1. /ARKA/. Nagorno-Karabakh finance ministry has denied  today allegations spread through social networks  that Artsakhbank confiscated the funds from the government’s treasury accounts for the latter’s debts.

“We consider it necessary to note that 3.1 billion drams on the treasury accounts of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) were fully allocated for the payment of salaries in proportion to the September wage fund (3.6 billion drams),” the Artsakh Information Center said.
