Armenia’s Central Depository launches enhanced CDA Online application

YEREVAN, March 25. /ARKA/. The Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) has launched a new enhanced CDA Online application designed to further improve the investor experience, the press service of the Armenian Stock Exchange reports.

The updated version includes a number of innovative features that provide greater accessibility, convenience and efficiency.

New features in the CDA Online application include:

– Opening a depository account and registering in the application. Investors who do not yet have a depository account can now register in the CDA Online application using bank or other accounts opened with participating operators and at the same time open a depository account in the Central Securities Depository system.

– Access to corporate actions. The CDA Online application is the only one in Armenia that allows investors to follow corporate actions of issuers, including share splits or consolidations, changes in authorized capital and other important events.

– Full electronic voting. Investors using the CDA Online application can participate online in shareholder meetings of both local and foreign issuers (who directly or indirectly provide the necessary information to CDA.

About CDA Online application

The CDA Online application, launched in 2022, offers users remote and quick access to information about their securities accounts, conduct transactions, and check their pension account balance. It is the first platform in Armenia to implement an electronic voting mechanism in accordance with international standards.

CDA’s mobile and web application is unique in its kind not only in Armenia, but also internationally. It allows users to perform various depository operations from anywhere and at any time, providing maximum convenience.

How to register

Legal entities and individuals who have a depository account opened with depository account operators and/or a bank/other account opened with participating operators can register in the CDA Online application.

The updated version is already available to all registered users. If you have not registered yet, download the CDA Online app and take advantage of all its features. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
