YEREVAN, May 7. /ARKA/. In April 2025, the average settlement exchange rate of the Armenian dram to the US dollar was 390.7 drams, which is 0.1% lower than the same indicator in April 2024 (391.0 drams). This is evidenced by the data of the report of the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.
In April 2025, compared to March of the same year, the increase in consumer prices by 0.5% was accompanied by a decrease in the settlement exchange rate of the Armenian dram against the US dollar by 0.5% (the dram revalued).
In April of this year, compared to December last year, an increase in consumer prices by 2.5% and a decrease in the settlement exchange rate of the Armenian dram against the US dollar by 1.5% were recorded. In the same period last year, the republic registered a 0.8% increase in consumer prices and a 3.3% decline in the exchange rate of the Armenian dram against the US dollar. -0-
