Armenian officials’ asset declarations will be supplemented with information on crypto assets

YEREVAN, January 22. /ARKA/. Armenian officials will be required to include information on crypto assets in their annual asset declarations. This decision was made at a government meeting on Thursday.

The decision aims to update asset declarations for officials and their family members, taking into account crypto assets and additional public information.

New sections for declaring crypto assets have been added to the asset declaration templates.

The changes are aimed at ensuring the application of the Civil Service Law and government decisions, so that declarants can provide mandatory information and ensure its public disclosure in asset declarations for officials and their family members.-0-
