Suspension of acceptance of payments for Viva Armenia CJSC services through EasyPay platforms

YEREVAN, January 26. /ARKA/. EasyPay LLC informs that, as a result of Viva Armenia CJSC unilaterally terminating the cooperation, starting from February 1, 2026, payments for Viva Armenia CJSC services will no longer be accepted through EasyPay payment instruments.

In particular, payments will not be processed through EasyPay self-service payment kiosks, the easywallet app, and the in-branch option.

The current situation is due to new and unjustified tariff conditions proposed by Viva Armenia CJSC and is not an initiative or decision of EasyPay. The specified conditions do not currently ensure the economic/business viability necessary for the payment system to continue providing services in a stable and efficient manner.

As a payment and settlement organization, EasyPay places high importance on providing its users with stable, secure, and high-quality services and operates within the scope of this responsibility.

Subscribers of Viva Armenia CJSC are advised to use other available payment methods.
