IDBank was the strategic partner of the “Women in Leadership Forum & Awards 2026”

YEREVAN, May 18. /ARKA/. IDBank was the strategic partner of the “Women in Leadership Forum & Awards 2026” an event that brought together successful women leaders from various industries and professional fields.

Creating equal opportunities in the workplace and ensuring fair conditions for all employees, regardless of gender, remains one of the key pillars of IDBank’s social responsibility strategy.

According to Sona Manucharyan, Director of Human Capital Management at IDBank, the Bank consistently supports initiatives that promote equality and leadership development:

“Today, there is no doubt about the important role women play in every business. At the same time, it is essential to provide equal opportunities and conditions for both women and men in the workplace. I’m proud to say that women make up around 53% of IDBank’s middle management team. Each of them contributes to making strategic decisions that are essential to the Bank’s success,” said Sona Manucharyan.

The forum was designed to bring together and strengthen the community of female leaders in Armenia. Yet leadership is not only about holding a position – it is also about taking responsibility, supporting teams, and creating new opportunities for growth and development.

“Today, nearly two hundred women leaders are participating in the forum and have been actively involved in its organization. When the idea of creating an educational forum in this format first emerged, we were genuinely inspired and immediately began working on it, because we clearly see the strong leadership potential women have in our society. I can confidently say that without IDBank’s support, this forum would not have become a reality,” said Mane Bareghamyan, co-founder of the “Women in Leadership Forum & Awards 2026.”

During the panel discussions, Sona Manucharyan shared insights into effective human capital management practices and examples of IDBank’s success stories. Today, through their talent, professionalism, and dedication, women lead strong teams, drive innovation, and help foster workplace cultures built on fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity.

At the conclusion of the forum, the organizers of the “Women in Leadership Forum & Awards 2026” presented awards to winners across multiple categories. IDBank gifted the winners its Travel Card with one year of complimentary servicing.
