Mher Ananyan joins Unibank’s Management Board

YEREVAN, August 7. /ARKA/. According to the decision of the Board of Unibank OJSC dated August 3, 2026, Mher Ananyan has been appointed Acting First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.  

Mher Ananyan has more than 30 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sector. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior executive positions in Armenia’s financial institutions and public administration. From 1996 to 2003, he worked at several Armenian banks, including Armeconombank, Armagrobank and Unibank, holding various positions. From 2020 to 2026, he served as CЕО, Chairman of the Management Board of Araratbank OJSC.

Mher Ananyan’s extensive professional experience and strong leadership skills will make a valuable contribution to Unibank’s strategic development and the achievement of the Bank’s long-term objectives.
