IKO MACHINERY LLC issues bonds totaling 1.1 billion drams, with Cube Invest serving as placement arranger

YEREVAN, August 13. /ARKA/. By Decision No. 1/305 A issued by the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 15, 2026, the Program Prospectus for the nominal coupon bonds of IKO MACHINARY LLC has been officially registered.

The issuance of IKO MACHINARY LLC nominal coupon bonds is scheduled to occur from August 17, 2026, until October 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

To acquire bonds, investors are required to fill out and submit or send a bond purchase application(s) to Cube Invest CJSC.

Upon completing the bond purchase application and submitting it correctly to Cube Invest CJSC, legal entities and/or individuals interested in purchasing bonds must ensure that payment is made to account No. 1660030016400900, which is held at Evocabank OJSC for the purpose of issuance, by no later than 4:30 PM on the day of the bond purchase, for the quantity of bonds indicated in the application-instruction.

The electronic version of the Program Prospectus and the Final Terms of the Issue can be accessed and downloaded from the website https://cubeinvest.am/, while paper copies are available at Cube Invest CJSC located at 10, Vazgen Sargsyan Street.
