A Major Business, Built with Own Hands: Royal Mattresses (VIDEO)

YEREVAN, August 14. /ARKA/. Approximately two decades ago, Aram Mnatsakanyan embarked on his journey as an entrepreneur by crafting high-quality mattresses.

Initially, Aram used a mechanical machine he constructed himself, which still holds a significant place alongside state-of-the-art equipment.

Over the years, he has enhanced his production capabilities, upgrading and automating the entire mattress manufacturing process.

Today, Aram Mnatsakanyan’s enterprise, Royal Mattresses, offers around 30 different types of mattresses—from budget-friendly to orthopedic—as well as a range of bedding, blankets, and bedspreads.

The growth of Royal Mattresses has led to partnerships with Acba Bank and the leasing market leader, Acba Leasing, which have supported the company in expanding and equipping its production with cutting-edge technology, as reported by the bank’s press service.

“We initially aimed to manufacture spring systems for upholstered furniture, and it was from that single spring that our business took off, eventually evolving into the production of mattresses, bedding, and beds. As our production volume increased, we recognized the necessity to automate all processes. At this juncture, Acba Bank became our partner, and we continue to collaborate with them today. Years later, we also began working with Acba Leasing, which helped us acquire several machines,” states Aram Mnatsakanyan, Director of Royal Mattresses.

Currently, Royal Mattresses operates four stores in Yerevan and Vanadzor. The company is committed to further developing its production and expanding its reach.

Acba Bank is regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia. -0-
