Unibank Offers USD-Denominated Bonds with an Annual Coupon Rate of 6%

YEREVAN, October 2. /ARKA/. Unibank has completed the placement of its AMD-denominated bonds ahead of schedule: the issue, with a total volume of AMD 3 billion, was fully placed within just a few days. This result demonstrates the high interest in Unibank’s investment offerings and investors’ confidence in the Bank.

The placement of USD-denominated bonds is currently underway. The issue volume is USD 3 million, with an annual coupon rate of 6%. The bonds have a maturity of 36 months, with coupon payments made quarterly. The nominal value of one bond is USD 100, while the minimum purchase amount is USD 1,000. The placement is scheduled to be completed by 4 December 2026.

USD-denominated bonds can be purchased at Unibank’s Head Office and branches.

Funds raised through the Bank’s coupon bonds are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund within the amount, in accordance with the procedure, and under the conditions established by the RA Law “On Guaranteeing Bank Deposits of Individuals.”
