Putin: EurAsEC countries to overcome acute phase of crisis

YEREVAN, December 14. / ARKA /. EurAsEC heads of government agreed to continue to coordinate the anti-crisis measures, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin announced on Friday.

“We have informed each other about the current situation in national economies. We have agreed that the overall acute phase of crisis has been overcome,” Putin said at a press conference after the meeting with the heads of government of the EurAsEC countries, RIA Novosti reports.

“However, the situation is still difficult, so we intend to continue to coordinate our efforts in anti-crisis plan,” Putin said.

He said that after the session, the EurAsEC heads of government adopted a series of documents.

“We considered a wide range of issues of our cooperation and signed a package of two dozen documents,” Putin said.

According to him, these documents are also associated with the launch of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. –0-
