Dollar losses 0.3 p.p. At NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange

YEREVAN, December 27. /ARKA/. On Monday, the U.S. dollar lost 0.3 p.p. from its Friday’s value and traded at 361.03 drams at NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange.

According to the information received from the stock exchange, 27 dollar/dram exchange transactions worth $3.7 million or AMD 1.336 million and no deals on the euro were effected here on Monday.

Loans show faster growth than deposits in December – Finance Ministry

Financial intermediation by the Armenian banking system in December 2024 continued to outpace economic activity, also characterized by a higher growth rate of loans compared to deposits, according to the Armenian Ministry of Finance's report titled "Review of Macroeconomic Developments.
