BTA Bank revises interest rates on all short-term deposits in Armenian drams

YEREVAN, February 24. /ARKA/. BTA Bank has revised interest rates on all the short-term deposits in Armenian drams, the bank’s press office reported on Thursday.

According to the report, 10% annual interest rate is set for all six-to-nine-month deposits.
A depositor can choose between monthly and yearend interest receptions.

Deposits can be opened in any office of the BTA Bank for one month and a longer period of time.
BTA Bank CJSC is a strategic partner to BTA Bank JSC, one of the largest banks of Kazakhstan, who holds 48.9% shares of Armenian BTA Bank.

Some 31.1% belong to ZRL Beteilingungs (Austria), 16.3% to Mobilex Energy Limited and the remaining 3.7% to AMK-Invest.

BTA Bank JSC has partners in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. The bank has residence offices in Russia, Ukraine, China and United Arab Emirates. ($1 = AMD 365.71).–0–
