Renshin and GTB are uniting around the Cascade project

YEREVAN, July 3. /ARKA/. The memorandum of strategic cooperation signed between Renshin and GTB Development sets a new benchmark in Armenia’s urban development and investment landscape.

Under the deal, Renshin will acquire a stake in the Cascade complex project – Yerevan’s main cultural and urban development hub. As a market leader, Renshin joins this strategic partnership with nearly 25 years of institutional expertise and a successful portfolio of premium developments totaling approximately 1 million square meters. The company’s ongoing megaprojects, such as Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan, the World Trade Center (WTCY), Skyline, Armenia’s first skyscraper district, and the recently launched Tumanyan 8 project, provide undeniable evidence of its financial stability and reliability.

It was precisely this financial stability and experience in managing large-scale projects that were the key driving forces behind this transaction. Commenting on the partnership prospects, Gor Mikaelyan, Director of GTB Development, emphasized:

“In this project, our primary focus is Yerevan’s interests and the full success of Cascade. It was with this understanding that we made the strategic decision to join forces with the absolute leader in urban development. Renshin’s financial stability, established authority, and exceptional experience in managing megaprojects are the main guarantee that our citizens will finally receive the Cascade they have been waiting for for so many years. This is a truly unprecedented alliance—for the sake of our city’s future.”

This alliance guarantees that the project, a hallmark of the capital, will be implemented in accordance with the strictest international financial and quality standards. Ani Mavyan, Director of Strategic Development at Renshin, emphasized the priority of professional reassessment:

“For us, Cascade is much more than just an urban development program: it is the true heart and soul of Yerevan. By signing this memorandum, we are taking on the responsibility of reinvigorating the capital’s most important landmark, ensuring uncompromising quality and the highest international standards. Having recognized the support provided by our partners at the start of the project, we are now joining this process with great confidence. Our goal is to channel our over 20 years of experience into shaping Yerevan’s modern image, creating an iconic building that will exceed the expectations of both the public and the professional community.”

Institutional approaches and high levels of responsibility are also reflected in the companies’ corporate activities: both Renshin and GTB Holding are united by a commitment to supporting culture, serving as major sponsors and partners of the Music for Future Foundation, which supports talented young musicians.

The signed memorandum launches a more dynamic phase of Cascade’s development. Further details regarding project management, architectural solutions, and international and local partners will be announced later.
