Inflation in March recorded in the amount of 11.5%

YEREVAN, April 20. /ARKA/. Inflation in Armenia in March 2011 was fixed at the level of 11.5% compared with the same period of 2010, Armenian National Statistic Service informs.

In March compared with February, increase of consumer prices 0.8% was registered.

Indicator of economic activity in March 2011 compared with the same period of 2010 has not been changed but compared with the previous month it was 17.6%.

According to the state budget, inflation in Armenia in 2011 is planned at the level of 4% (±1.5%) and GDP growth – in the amount of 4.6%. -0-
