June inflation was 8.5% in Armenia

YEREVAN, July 20. /ARKA/. Inflation in June 2011 was registered on the level of 8.5% compared to the same period in 2010, Armenian National Statistic Service informs.

In June 2011 consumer prices reduced by 1.4%.

Growth of economic activeness was 2.3% compared to June 2010 and 9.6% – compared to May 2011.

According to state budget, inflation in Armenia in 2011 was planned on the level of 4% (±1.5%) and GDP growth – in the amount of 4.6%. –0—
