Debts of physical entities in credit portfolio of the banks in the 2nd quarter of 2011 was 31.4%

YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. The share of the loan debts of physical entities in credit portfolio of the banks in the second quarter of 2011 was 31.4%.

According to interim financial reports of the banks as of June 30, 2011, their total credit portfolio (including credits provided to the clients and other borrowings) were about 1 088.9 billion drams, crediting of physical entities – 342.4 billion drams vs. 1 003.7 billion drams and 314.7 billion drams at the beginning of the 2nd Q respectively.

According to the analysis of the news agency “ARKA”, the leader in crediting market of physical entities remains ACBA-Credit Agrocole bank with the share of 19.7%. From total credit portfolio of  ACBA-Credit Agrocole Bank 53.15% or 67.6 billion drams goes to crediting of physical entities (59.2 billion drams at the beginning of the 2nd Q).

Bank VTB (Armenia) – (about 42 billion drams), Ardshininvestbank (over 27.7 billion drams), Conversebank –  (25.6 billion drams) and Unibank (23.6 billion drams) are among the leaders. Weighted average of crediting of physical entities by these banks in total credit portfolio was 39.86% , 32.92% and 55.77% and 32.92% respectively.
