Net domestic assets of central bank of Armenia amount to about 200.6 billion drams in 2011 December

YEREVAN, February 14. /ARKA/. Net domestic assets of the Central Bank of Armenia in December 2011 amounted to about 200.6 billion drams, having increased by  39.9% in comparison with November  according to a Central Bank of Armenia bulletin for December 2011.
According to it, Central Bank’s liabilities to the government during the reporting period amounted to about minus 66.7 billion drams, against minus 82.5 billion drams in November. Its liabilities to commercial banks  increased by 37.6% to more than 137 billion drams, and other liabilities increased by 3% to about 130.4 billion drams.
It says also the net international reserves in December amounted to about 470.6 billion drams, having increased by 5.1% in comparison with November, while the monetary base amounted to about 671.3 billion drams, having increased by 13.6% from the previous month. ($1-388.34 drams).  -0-
