Armenia’s monetary base grows 6.6% to more than AMD 601 billion in July

YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. Armenia’s monetary base exceeded AMD 601 billion in late July after growing 6.6% or by AMD 34.5 billion over the month, the Central Bank of Armenia reports on its website.

Cash outside of banks grew 3.3% or by AMD 12.7 billion to about AMD 396.7 billion.

Net international reserves less funds from privatization totaled AMD 370.6 billion after growing 1.3% or by 4.8 billion in July, compared with the previous month. ($1- AMD 409.79). -0—
