Bank VTB (Armenia) loan repayment service now available at all Telcell® payment terminals

YEREVAN, October 1. /ARKA/. Bank VTB (Armenia) loan repayment service is now available at all Telcell® payment terminals, the bank’s press office told ARKA.

As from October 1, the bank’s clients will have an opportunity to repay any loan extended by Bank VTB (Armenia) in Armenian drams through over 1,000 Telcell® payment terminals both in the capital and in the country’s regions, according to the report.

The repayment service will be accessible from 09:00 to 19:00 on business days, from 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays and at 09:00 the next banking day on all other days and hours.

Bank TVB (Armenia) turned to online card payments as from the beginning of 2013.

It is really a unique opportunity for the bank’s cardholders to immediately replenish their cards and use the added amount in a flash, says the report.

“We continue developing and improving services of online transactions through Telcell® terminals”, general director and chairman of board of Bank VTB (Armenia) Yury Gusev said. The new service gives clients a chance to save their time and repay loans at a distance, irrespective of the bank’s working hours, Gusev said.

Director of TelCell cjsc Aram Azatyan, in his turn, said the company has tried to maximally simplify the payment making process for clients of Bank VTN (Armenia).

The link of VTB Bank (Armenia) is available in “Banks, mandatory car insurance, credit organizations” sector of “Service payments” category of TelCell.

VTB Bank (Armenia) cjsc became a member of international financial Group VTB in April 2004.

Currently the second largest in Russia VTB Bank (OJSC) owns 100% of the shares of VTB Bank (Armenia). The bank traditionally ranks among the leaders of the banking system of RA in a number of key indicators. Now the Bank has the largest branch network in the country – 67 branches.

Telcell cjsc has been operating in Armenia since 2007. Now over 1,000 payment points are connected to its processing center. Customers may use them to pay utility and other public service fees, to repay loans and make other transactions.–0–
