Ara Kirakosyan resigns as Armbusinessbank board chairman

YEREVAN, October 1. / ARKA /. Armbusinessbank board chairman Ara Kirakosyan has resigned, the bank told ARKA today.

It said Kirakosyan’s deputy Arsen Mikaelyan, head of regional development and information technology department, was appointed as temporary board chairman. The press service of the bank declined to make any further comments.

Armbusinessbank (until August 2006 it was called Arminvestbank) was registered in 1991. The bank has been a shareholder of the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) since 2006. – 0 –
