Eurobond transactions at Armenia’s secondary market stood at $5.14mln in July

YEREVAN, September 10. /ARKA/. Eurobond transactions at Armenia’s secondary market amounted to $5.14 million in July, as compared to $2.5 million in June, the Central Bank of Armenia says in a fresh issue of its monthly bulletin.

Average yield of Armenian Eurobonds was 4.98% in July.

The total amount of Armenian Eurobond transactions at the secondary market was $36.37 million in Jan-July 2014 with an average yield of 5.45%.

For the first time Armenia issued Eurobonds on September 19, 2013. The first issue amounted to $700 million. The maturity is 7 years and the yield 6%.

General underwriters were Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC Bank plc and J.P.Morgan Securities plc. On January 31, debut Armenian Eurobonds got access to auctions at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. ($1 – AMD 409.69). –0–
