Armenia’s Central Bank raised lombard repo rate by 2 p.p. to 10.25%

YEREVAN, November 25. /ARKA/. The council of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) set on Monday a Lombard repo rate of 10.25% at its meeting presided over by chairman Artur Javadyan.
The respective rate was 8.25% in August (12/08/2014).

Dollar exchange rate rocketed to an eight-year record high level in Armenia on November 24, having gone up by 16.6 points to 435 drams per dollar as compared to the rate of November 21.

According to the central bank, Armenia’s refinancing rate is 6.75% and funding rates were 5.25%.  –0—
