Newspaper: Armenia to receive up to $200 million from international organizations soon

YEREVAN, December 17./ARKA/. Armenia will receive up to $200 million from international organizations before the end of this year in loans, Haykakan Zhamanak is quoting a high-ranking official who spoke on condition of anonymity.

According to the newspaper, Armenian officials and lenders are discussing now the measures to be taken to bar financial resources from flowing from Armenia’s financial market to Russia.

Yesterday, the Armenian National Assembly ratified a number of loan agreements and is planning to give its approval to other ones today. The government hopes that this financial injection will stabilize Armenian market. –0–
