Gold price dropped last week by 0.5 percent to 17,662 drams per one gram in Armenia

YEREVAN, May 4. /ARKA/. The State Depository of Precious Stones and Metals Agency, an affiliation of Armenian Finance Ministry, has set new prices buy and sell precious stones and metals which were effective for a period from April 25 to May 1.

The new prices are for one gram of chemically pure metals. The gold was to be bought at 17,662.84 drams (down by 83.57 drams from the previous week) and sold at 19,198.74 drams (down 90.84 drams); silver was  to be bought at 238.91 drams (up 11.26 drams) and sold at 259.69 drams (up 12.24 drams);

platinum was  to be bought at 14, 317.17 (up 214.12 drams) and sold at 15,562.14 drams (up 232.74 drams); palladium was  to be bought at 8,335.52 drams (up 480.77 drams) and sold at 9,060.35 drams (up 522.49 drams) ($1- 478.49 drams). -0-
