Russia’s and Armenia’s state-owned repositories of precious stones and metals (Gokhran) sign cooperation memorandum

YEREVAN, October 27. /ARKA/. Russia’s and Armenia’s state-owned repositories of precious stones and metals (Gokhran) have signed today in Yerevan a memorandum of cooperation, the Armenian ministry of finance reported after a meeting with a Russian Gokhran delegation, visiting Armenia.

The memorandum was signed by the heads of Russian and Armenian gokhrans- Andrei Yurin and  Vahe Arakelyan.

The memorandum is aimed at the mutual expansion of business ties and  ensuring  cooperation in the field of precious metals and stones between Russia and Armenia. It also envisages retraining of personnel, exchange of experience, organization of joint seminars, conferences, exhibitions and other events.

The sides will also jointly work out common approaches to development of the market of precious metals and stones. -0-
