Martin Galstyan elected new member of central bank board

YEREVAN, September 11. /ARKA/. By a vote of 78 to 9 the Armenian parliament elected today Martin Galstyan as a new member of the Central Bank Board. Galstyan was nominated by the Republican Party of Armenia and was elected unopposed.

Galstyan is the first director of the Dilijan Research and Development Center of the Central Bank.
He said in his speech in the parliament that he will focus on fact-based decision-making. –0–
