VTB Bank (Armenia) opens new Contact Center in Yerevan

YEREVAN, March 13. / ARKA /. VTB Bank (Armenia) has opened today a new, comfortable Contact Center, located in Business Center 34 at 34, Garegin Nzhde street in Yerevan. According to a bank’s press release, the opening was preceded by a repair that took several months.

It said also a special attention was given to the selection of the room intended for the Contact Center employees, its technological component, the color of the interior and the design of the recreation area.

The Contact Center is furnished with all the necessary modern equipment and devices. For employees, there is also a comfortable spacious seating area, where operators can relax and rejuvenate, as well as fitness equipment and a multifunctional kitchen for employees to enjoy their work.

VTB Bank (Armenia) CEO Ivan Telegin congratulated all employees on the opening of the new Contact Center and expressed confidence that in the new premises all operators will receive only positive feedback and positive calls, and all problems will be solved quickly and easily.

Since its inception 8 years ago the Contact Center has provided assistance and support to 100 thousand customers and answered millions of different questions: the number of calls per day exceeds 2,000.

The task of the call center is to provide high-quality information and communication support, to show rapid assistance in case of problems, to present full information on products and services of the Bank, to explain the details of card transactions, to help open plastic cards, to assist in conducting transactions in remote service channels, to support customers when they apply for any loan product, to credit money transfers received through all money transfer systems to existing Bank cards, to make operations on all accounts of customers connected to the Mobile Banking service based on the customer’s call and proper identification.
