According to Galstyan, this in view the central banks in Armenia’s major partner countries continue to pursue a stimulating monetary policy. He added that no external influence on the inflationary environment in Armenia is expected.

According to him, taking into account all the facts, the anticipated macroeconomic changes, including a slight increase in risks, the Central Bank Council decided to leave the refinancing rate unchanged at 4.25%. -0-
