Yerevan municipality and central bank sign MoU to cooperate in using debt instruments

YEREVAN, July 29. /ARKA/. Yerevan Municipality and the Central Bank of Armenia signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop an efficient electronic accounting systems and application of debt instruments, Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan said on his Facebook page.

The document was signed as part of a process to digitize various spheres of municipality’s activities, initiated by it a few months ago to increase the effectiveness of work, as well as improve control and rapid decision making.

As part of the Memorandum debt instruments will be issued, placed and circulated for the mayor’s office.

Also, an electronic accounting systems will be developed and installed in the mayor’s office.-0-
