Connected, Convenient, Converse: Andranik Grigoryan Presents Converse Bank’s Digital Transformation Journey at the BACEE Conference

YEREVAN, October 29. /ARKA/. At the anniversary BACEE Conference, Converse Bank CEO Andranik Grigoryan delivered a presentation titled “Connected, Convenient, Converse. Mobile Banking Reimagined”, highlighting the Bank’s digital transformation journey and its vision for future growth.

Converse Bank launched its digital transformation in 2023, aiming to evolve from a traditional banking model into a technology-driven, data-based, and customer-focused environment. The initiative was built around the concept of being a “Bank for Families”, made possible through effective teamwork, a transparent corporate culture, and simplified business processes.

Andranik Grigoryan noted: “We aim to make technology an integral part of our banking culture by building a connected, convenient, and customer-focused financial ecosystem.”

As part of this comprehensive transformation, in 2023 the Bank introduced a new brand identity, launching the Digital Family platform and the C360 system. In 2024, behavioral UX solutions were implemented, and in 2025, Converse Bank unveiled the new Converse Mobile app – built around user behavioral archetypes and featuring a modular drag-and-drop interface, personalized design, and enhanced security features.

According to the CEO, the results of this transformation are already visible. Today, Converse Bank operates as a flexible, data-driven digital ecosystem focused on customer experience. The Bank continues to expand its services and integrate into a broader ecosystem through C360, lifestyle, and SME support solutions.

Andranik Grigoryan concluded: “Our ambition is to create a financial experience that is invisible, yet always present and helpful. Transformation never ends — it’s the rhythm that moves us forward, the story of our growth, and the heartbeat of our future.”

The anniversary BACEE Conference took place on October 20–21 in Vienna, with Converse Bank serving as the Diamond Sponsor.
