YEREVAN, April 3. /ARKA/. Twelve-month inflation in the Armenian consumer market in March of this year was 4.5%, according to a report from the Statistical Committee of Armenia.
Moreover, inflation in March compared to February was 0.7%.
At the same time, prices increased by 4.2% in January-March 2026 compared to the same period in 2025.
Armenia’s 2026 state budget projects inflation at 3% (±1%). According to the Central Bank’s monetary policy report for the first quarter of this year, inflation in Armenia is expected to be 4.4-3.3% by the end of 2026, depending on scenario (A-B), the forecast for 2027 is 3.5-3.1%, and for 2028 – 3.2-3.1%.
