YEREVAN, October 13. /ARKA/. Space technologies, artificial intelligence, and private markets are gradually emerging as key areas for new investment opportunities. The inaugural NVB Frontier Forum, held on October 1 in Yerevan, focused precisely on this agenda. This exclusive international forum brought together investors, technology company executives, business founders, and industry experts.
Organized at the initiative of New Venture Brokerage, the forum centered on the application and market launch of technologies, the necessary infrastructure, and prospects for attracting private capital.
Space: From State to Private Capital

The space economy was a key theme of the forum. Increased private sector activity in this field is creating new investment opportunities, as space technologies are now being developed not only through government programs but also by commercial companies.
According to Nick Orenstein, CEO of Manifest Space, the space industry has reached a stage where private capital can flow into commercial enterprises.
“In the past, space industry organizations primarily provided solutions to governments. Now, with more private companies operating in the sector, opportunities for private investment are emerging. Furthermore, since these companies operate internationally, investors have the chance to participate in the growth of businesses established in various countries,” he said.
Szymon Dworski, co-founder and CEO of EOS Space Technology, and Capt. Stephan Reckie, Executive Director of GEN Space, also shared their expertise in space technology.
Next Stage of AI Development: Infrastructure

Artificial intelligence infrastructure was another key focus of the forum. Discussions covered GPU capacity, computing infrastructure, investment, and the practical development of AI-based solutions.
Dmitry Duka, Director of Omniverse at NVIDIA, presented international perspectives, while Harut Martirosyan, CTO of Firebird, and Armen Rostamian, CTO of Eleveight AI, showcased Armenia’s technology ecosystem.
Investment Business: From Armenia to International Markets
A key message of the forum was Armenia’s potential as an international investment and technology hub.
Marianna Movsesyan, Director of New Venture Brokerage, noted that an investment company’s strength lies in its connections, in whom it engages with and what it hears.

“We interact daily with company founders, investment fund representatives, and specialists implementing infrastructure projects. Our understanding of various sectors is shaped by these direct contacts, rather than merely by analyzing reports. The forum provided an opportunity to share this experience with our clients and partners. In a single day, they were able to hear directly from industry representatives without intermediaries and draw their own conclusions based on firsthand information,” she said.
In this context, the NVB Frontier Forum also serves as a platform to showcase Armenia’s technological and investment potential to the international professional community and to forge new connections between Yerevan and global markets.

New Venture Brokerage is an investment company licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
