Deposit “VTB-Childhood” in VTB Bank (Armenia) works in the whole country

YEREVAN, November 5. /ARKA/. Deposit “VTB-Childhood” accepts deposit from population in all the branches of VTB Bank (Armenia). Acceptance of savings of the citizens on the deposit of “VTB-Childhood” is implemented by the Bank since September 1, 2009. In the initial phase only population of Yerevan could use the privileges of this type of deposit.

“We send this product to all the branches of VTB Bank in Armenia from November 2 and we hope that it will have success also in the regions. We know that the issue of capital for further expenses, particularly regarding education of children is the most important issue for all the families. We give opportunities to the parents to collect money in order not to fill into panic in future for finding additional resources”, said Valeri Ovsyannikov, General Director, Chairman of Bank Directorate of VTB Bank (Armenia).

He said that the Bank suggests free insurance for depositors. Urgent deposit “VTB-Childhood” is accepted by Armenian drams, US dollars and EURO from 1 to 5 years. While opening the deposit, “VTB Bank (Armenia)” insures the depositor in one of well-known insurance companies which successfully demonstrated itself in the market of insurance services in Armenia and is related to VTB Bank (Armenia) with contractual responsibilities. “It will allow to get the money from insurance company in case of an accident without terminating the given deposit”, said Ovsyannikov,

He said that the deposits will continue up to adult age of children when they can get money invested by their parents. Besides, as a present to depositors the Bank provides free payment cards VISA Int. Cjsc “Bank VTB (Armenia)” became the participant of international financial group VTB in April 2004. At present, the second largest bank of Russia Open JSC “Bank VTB” possesses 100% shares of “Bank VTB (Armenia)”. The Bank is among the leaders of banking system of Russia by its indicators.
