By the results of October 2009 monetary reserve of Armenia was increased by 0.8% and made about 465.4 billion drams

YEREVAN, December 2. /АРКА/. By the results of October 2009 monetary reserve of Armenia was increased in 3.7 billion drams or 0.8% making about 465.4 billion drams.

National Statistic Service of Armenia informed that reserve out of CB was 291.6 billion drams as of the end of October 2009 versus 281.8 billion drams as of September. Volume of mandatory reserves in drams was about 33 billion drams as of the end of September 2009 and in foreign currency – 138.3 billion drams versus 147.2 billion drams as of the end of September.

At the end of October 2009 pure international reserves (without money from privatization) were 595.5 billion drams which was increased by 45 billion drams or 8.2% in a month. During the reporting period the volume of pure internal assets was minus 130.1 billion drams versus minus 88.9 billion drams as of the end of September. ($1 – 385.76 drams). –0—
