Growth of rate of Armenian dram against dollar was 0.4% in november

YEREVAN, December 3. /ARKA/. National Statistic Service of Armenia informs that exchange rate of Armenian dram against US dollar was increased by 0.4% (from November 1 to November 27) compared with October 2009.

In November 2009 increase of consumers’ prices and exchange rate was accordingly 4.5% and 25.8% compared with December 2008. In 2008, 5.1% increase of consumers’ prices was accompanied by 0.4% increase of exchange rate.

In November 2009 average exchange rate was 387.20 drams for $1 which by 26.9% exceeded the relevant indicator of November 2008. (305.21 drams).—0—
