Armenian dram strengthens 0.09 points against dollar

At its meeting on Thursday, the Armenian government approved the draft law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2027," which will be submitted to the National Assembly in accordance with established procedure.

Priorities for the next phase of tax and customs administration reform in Armenia were discussed during a meeting between Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia, Fabrizio Zarcone, Head of the World Bank Office in Yerevan, and Alexandra Cole, the UK Ambassador to Armenia.

The AGBU Global Run for Camp Nairi brought together more than 1,500 participants across 22 cities and raised $500,000 to support children and families affected by war and displacement.

The average market exchange rate of the US dollar against the Armenian dram, established on Armenia's currency market, fell by 0.27 points on October 2 compared to October 1, settling at 362.55 drams.
