In January 2010 settlement rate of Armenian dram to us dollar reduced by 0.8%

YEREVAN, February 3. /ARKA/. In January 2010 settlement rate of Armenian dram to US dollar reduced by 0.8% (from January 11 to 29) compared with December 2009 when the increase of prices in consumer market was 1.7%.

Increase of consumer prices by 1.2% is accompanied by the increase of settlement rate by 0.8%.

In January 2010 average settlement rate was 377.59 drams for $1 which exceeded the relevant indicator of January 2009 by 23.6% (305.50 drams).  –0—
