HayPost provides explanations regarding its branches

YEREVAN, May 10, /ARKA/. HayPost (Armenian Postal Service) company provided an explanation to ARKA news agency regarding a statement made last week by HayPost acting CEO Arman Khachaturian who told journalists that HayPost would inaugurate soon the first branch of PostBank in Yerevan.

According to the explanation, Arman Khachaturian did not mean opening of a PostBank’s t branch, what he meant was that the company will begin soon offering so called post-banking services through its post offices and branches. Post-banking services in Haypost offices and branches will be offered by Conversebank. HayPost also said on March 30 , 2010 the Central Bank of Armenia invalidated a license granted earlier to PostBank. -0-
