Armenian Central Bank will soon announce about the opportunity of emission of gold bars with low nominal

YEREVAN, October 19. /ARKA/. Central Bank of Armenia will soon announce about the final results of opportunity of emission of gold bars with low nominal(up to 5 g), said Head of CB Armenia Artur Javadyan.

Such issues need detailed study as the authority of implementation of such programs is very high and is related to the image of CB.

Introduction of such an opportunity in Armenia is another instrument of dollarization reduction.

From the point of view of control of financial risks many steps are undertaken and one of the main challenges for Armenia is dollarization in the banking sector.

“We have already implemented rather serious changes in regulation and management, introduced new mechanisms, changes in normatives and will control currency risks”, said Javadyan. –0–
