Combined Assets Of Armenian Crediting Organizations Contract By 0.15% To 89.3 Billion Drams

YEREVAN, November 16, /ARKA/. In the third quarter of 2010 the combined assets of Armenian crediting organizations contracted by 0.15% or 133.8 million Drams to 89.3 billion Drams.

According to an analysis, made by ARKA news agency, Norvik crediting organization was again the leader by size of assets, which stood at 17.9 billion Drams as of September 30. Its assets grew by 0.46% in quarter 3 or by 81.8 million Drams to make 20.05% of all assets of all crediting organizations.
Aregak crediting organization was second with 10 billion Drams worth assets. Its assets fell by 8% or 852.4 million Drams to make 11.21% of all assets of all crediting organizations.

The National Mortgage Company crediting organization was third with 9.9 billion Drams worth assets, which grew by 1.6% or 155.8 billion Drams to make 11.05% of the combined assets, Finka crediting organization came in fourth with 8.9 billion Drams worth assets, which slashed by almost 6% or 555 million Drams to make 9.93% of the combined assets, ACBA Leasing was fifth with 8.4 billion Drams worth assets, which dropped by 6.54% or 584.1 million Drams to make 9.35% of the combined assets.

The leader in terms of assets growth size was the Ecumenical Church Fund which posted a 25.31% growth (or 202.2 mln). Its total assets grew to one billion Drams. It was followed by Gladzor crediting organization, whose assets grew by 15.24% or 76.4 million to 577.5 million Drams and Credit Union whose assets grew by 13% or 105.9 million to 920.9 million Drams.

There are 32 crediting organizations in Armenia now with 62 branches. ($1 – 364.00 Drams). -0-
