Armenian Сentral bank’s council registers two bank branches

YEREVAN, December 7, /ARKA/. Armenian Central Bank’s Council has ruled today to register the Masis branch of Araratbank and Avan-1 branch of the Armenian Development Bank. The meeting was chaired by Central Bank governor Arthur Javadian.

The Armenian Development Bank is owned by Ruben Hayrapetian (10%), Araik Mekhakian (16.95%) , and Grigor Termejian (16.03%). The remaining shares are held by minority shareholders.

Ararat Bank is owned by Barsegh Beglarian (74.18%) and EBRD ( 25%+1). Araratbank is listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. -0-
