Money supply of Armenia increased by 8.6% making about 911.4 billion in December 2010

YEREVAN, February 2. /ARKA/. Money supply of Armenia increased by 72.1 billion drams or 6% making about 911.4 billion drams in December versus November 2010, Armenian National Statistic Service informs.

Volume of cash out of banking system was about 304.3 billion drams at the end of December versus about 279.7 billion drams at the end of November 2010, till called for deposits (in drams) – 128.4 billion drams versus 119.5 billion drams, volume of urgent deposits in drams – 88.9 billion drams versus 81.2 billion drams, deposits in foreign currency – 389.7 billion drams versus 358.7 billion drams.

The share of deposits in foreign currency in money supply increased by 0.2 to 42.76%.

Money multiplier was 1.80 reduced by 0.04 points at the end of December versus November 2010. ($1 – 363.02 drams). –0–
