Armenian banks provided mortgage loans in November in average by 12,7% vs. 13,2%

YEREVAN. December 21. /ARKA/. Mortgage loans in Armenia became more available during a year, states the official site of Central Bank of Armenia. Average percent rate in November 2011 in AMD and foreign currency credits was 12.8% and 12.6% annually instead of 13.1% and 13.4% in November 2010.

Average percent rate in November of short-term drams credits provided by Armenian commercial banks was 17.1% annually, reduced by 0.9 p.p. compared to November 2010, and foreign currency – 14%, reduced by 0.4 p.p.

Long-term credits in drams in November were provided in average by the rate of 16.4% annually instead of 17% in November 2010, and foreign currency credits – 13.1% instead of 14.3%. ($1- 382.36 drams). —0—
