Panarmenian bank was registered as market participant at NASDAQ OMX Armenia

YEREVAN, February 15, /ARKA/. The Panarmenian Bank ojsc was registered as a Market participant at NASDAQ OMX Armenia today and granted the right to participate in credit resources market. Panarmenian Bank will operate under PNARB exchange code.
Panarmenian Bank ojsc was established in 2011 as an investment bank, which aims to mobilize long-term resources from the international financial institutions and development-orientated private sources to finance investment projects of private enterprises.
As of today overall 32 banks and investment companies are members and market participants at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, of which 25 are members, while the rest 7 are market participants.

On January 27, 2009, “Armenian Stock Exchange” ojsc was officially renamed as “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” ojsc. On June 5, 2009, “NASDAQ OMX Armenia” ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the “Central Depository of Armenia” ojsc. -0-
