Credit portfolio of the branches of Armenian banks as of April 1 was about 60.5 billion drams

STEPANAKERT. April 5. /ARKA/. Total volume of credit portfolio of the branches of Armenian banks operating in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) as of April 1, 2012 increased by 35.6% compared to the same period of 2011, making 60480.8 million drams.

NKR National Statistic Service informs that decline compared to the previous month was 1.3%.
According to the press-release, in total credit portfolio 54.3% are foreign currency loans. The share of overdue loans is 0.2%.

As of April 1, 2012 the volume of attracted deposits by the branches of the banks was 42726 million, compared to the same period of the last year – 12.5%, and compared to the previous month decreased by 2.6%.

The press-release says that 74.3% of deposits are time deposits, 17.5% – demand deposits and 8.2% – target deposits. ($1 – 391.17 drams). –0–
