Inflation of 4.3% Recorded in Armenia in February

YEREVAN, March 4. /ARKA/. Twelve-month inflation in Armenia’s consumer market in February of this year stood at 4.3%, according to a report from the Statistical Committee.

In February, inflation was 0.5% compared to January.

At the same time, prices increased by 4.1% in January-February 2026 compared to the same period in 2025.

Armenia’s 2026 state budget projects inflation at 3% (±1%). According to the Central Bank’s monetary policy report for the fourth quarter of last year, inflation in Armenia is expected to range from 3.8% to 2.6% by the end of 2026, depending on scenarios (A-B), with a forecast of 3.3% to 2.8% for 2027.
