YEREVAN, May 2. /ARKA/. Acting General Director – Chairman of the Board of Directors at VTB Bank (Armenia) Yury Gusev congratulated ARKA News Agency Director Konstantin Petrosov as well as the staff with the 16th anniversary of the agency.
