Petrol prices up 10% in Armenia

YEREVAN, June 13. /ARKA/. Prices for petrol and diesel in Armenia rose 9.9% and 4.9% respectively in May 2012, compared with the same month a year before, the National Statistical Service of Armenia reported on Wednesday.

According to the statistical report, petrol prices went 0.3% up in May, compared with the previous month, while diesel price remained unchanged.

Petrol and diesel prices climbed 13% and 4.9% respectively in May 2012, compared with December 2011.

Prices for nonfoods grew 4% in May 2012, compared with May 2011, and 1.7%, compared with Dec 2011. -0—
