Inflation in Armenia climbs 0.5% in May

YEREVAN, June 21. /ARKA/. Year-on-year inflation in Armenia reported 0.5% rise in May, according to the National Statistical Service of Armenia

Along with this, consumer prices slipped by 1.3% in May from April.

Economic activity in Armenia jumped by 8% in May from a year earlier, and by 14.1% from April.
Inflation is projected at 4% (±1,5%), and GDP growth – at 4.2% in the state budget of Armenia for 2012.—0—
